According to the announcement of the State Administration for Market Regulation on the reform of mandatory product certification marks. Zhengke Junte has compiled the following time points that require everyone's attention.

March 20, 2018

1. Starting from March 20, 2018, the designated logo distribution management agency (Beijing Zhongqiang Certification Product Logo Technology Service Center) will cancel the audit of printing/molding CCC logos, and the corresponding audit fees will be cancelled. Certified enterprises will be responsible for printing/molding CCC logos themselves. The certified enterprise shall print/mold the CCC mark on its own in accordance with the "Management Requirements for the Application of Compulsory Product Certification Marks".

May 1, 2018

Starting from May 1, 2018, designated certification bodies shall be responsible for the issuance and management of standard CCC marks, and the fees shall be implemented in accordance with the "Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission on Relaxing the Fees for Some Inspection and Testing Business Services" (NDRC Price [2015] No. 1299).

Before May 1, 2018, each designated certification body shall complete all preparatory work for the issuance and management of the standard specification CCC mark, including the CCC mark issuance management procedures, contact persons, contact phone numbers, etc., and make them public.

3. The designated logo distribution management organization (Beijing Zhongqiang Product Logo Technical Service Center) shall be responsible for the distribution management of standard specification CCC logos until May 31, 2018. From June 1, 2018, it will no longer be responsible for the distribution of standard specification CCC logos.

Strengthen the follow-up supervision of CCC mark application behavior

Certified enterprises should strictly follow the relevant requirements of the "Management Requirements for the Application of Compulsory Product Certification Marks" and the "Implementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification" when applying standard specifications CCC marks and printing/molding CCC marks themselves. They should establish their own system for the use and management of CCC marks, and record and archive the use of CCC marks.

The designated certification body should strengthen the supervision and management of the CCC mark, guide certified enterprises to use the CCC mark correctly, and implement the main responsibility of the certification body.

Local certification supervision and management departments at all levels should strengthen the supervision, management, and law enforcement inspections of the application of CCC marks.

The original "Management Measures for Compulsory Product Certification Marks" (Announcement No. 1 of the State Administration for Market Regulation in 2001) and "Announcement on Relevant Matters Concerning the Issuance and Management of Compulsory Product Certification Marks" (Announcement No. 7 of the State Administration for Market Regulation in 2002) are simultaneously abolished.
